SONG OWNERSHIP & COPYRIGHT NOTICE The musical composition, lyrics, sound recording, and all associated creative elements of: “Sleepy Lil’ Lies™” Are the sole and exclusive intellectual property of: RedRum Sam Records Copyright © 2026 MediaOneLink LLC does not own or control the copyright in the song and acts solely as promotional sponsor and administrator of this Contest. Any copyright-related claims must be submitted in writing to: legal@mediaonelink.com MediaOneLink LLC assumes no liability for copyright ownership disputes and will forward such communications to the appropriate rights holders.

Sponsor reserves the right to adjust announcement timing if necessary due to entry volume, fraud investigation, force majeure events, or administrative needs.
3. ELIGIBILITY Legal residents of the United States 18 years of age or older One (1) entry per person Employees and affiliates of MediaOneLink LLC are ineligible.
4. ENTRY FEE & PAYMENT POLICY Each entry requires a flat, one-time, voluntary $25 processing fee. The entry fee: Is non-refundable Covers administrative and judging costs Is not recurring Will never exceed $25 per entry No additional fees are required at any time. You will never be required to pay additional money to collect a prize. If anyone requests additional payment, it is fraudulent.
5. OFFICIAL COMMUNICATION POLICY (MANDATORY) All Contest communication must be submitted exclusively through: mediaonelink.com/songcontestcontact All required form fields must be completed for submission.
5.1 Prohibited Contact Participants may NOT: Call Sponsor offices Send direct emails Send direct messages Contact board members Attempt private communication Unauthorized contact results in automatic disqualification.
5.2 No Outbound Payment Requests MediaOneLink LLC will never: Call requesting money Text requesting money Email requesting additional payment Request banking passwords Request wire transfers Winners will be contacted directly by Sponsor’s office through official channels only. If contacted by anyone else requesting funds, it is likely fraud. Report suspicious activity to: MediaOneLink.com/legal
6. MINIMUM ENTRY REQUIREMENT A minimum of 10,000 valid entries must be received for full prize distribution. Sponsor may modify, extend, reduce, or cancel Contest if threshold not met.
7. PROPRIETARY SOFTWARE SCREENING Sponsor will utilize proprietary analytical software to: Evaluate syllable accuracy Detect AI usage Identify manipulation Top 100 selected by software. Methodologies are confidential trade secrets.
8. BOARD REVIEW Board Judges will: Review Top 100 Narrow to Top 10 Select winners via internal voting All decisions final and non-appealable.
9. PRIZES Grand Prizes: $10,000 — Best Male $10,000 — Best Female Second Place: Two (2) — $1,000 Third Place: Two (2) — $500 Additional: Two $100 Starbucks gift cards Five $50 Starbucks gift cards
10. WINNER NOTIFICATION & FORFEITURE Winners must respond within 30 days of notification. Failure results in forfeiture. Unclaimed funds roll to next year’s Contest. Marketing rights survive forfeiture.
11. PAYMENT METHOD Payment will be issued, PayPal, Apple pay, Google pay, cash app, or digital payment of our choice. Not responsible for delays, freezes, or fees.
12. FTC DISCLOSURE COMPLIANCE Contest complies with FTC Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255). Winners must disclose material connections when publicly promoting. Failure to disclose may result in disqualification.
13. PUBLICITY RELEASE Entrants grant Sponsor perpetual rights to use: Name Image Likeness Voice Performance For marketing purposes without additional compensation.
14. FRAUD PREVENTION Zero tolerance for: AI usage Bots Manipulation Identity fraud Brand harm Forensic analysis may be used. Fraud may result in civil liability.
15. MORALITY CLAUSE Sponsor may revoke winner status for conduct damaging brand reputation.
16. PRIVACY & DATA RETENTION Collected data: Name Contact info Video submissions Payment details Used for administration, fraud prevention, marketing (as authorized), and legal compliance. Stored in U.S. with reasonable safeguards. Inquiries: legal@mediaonelink.com
17. FORCE MAJEURE Sponsor not liable for delays or cancellation due to events beyond reasonable control. Contest may be modified or canceled without liability.
18. RELEASE & INDEMNIFICATION Entrants release and indemnify Sponsor from claims arising from participation.
19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Total liability capped at $25 entry fee paid. No indirect, incidental, or consequential damages permitted.
20. ADA ACCESSIBILITY Accommodation requests must be submitted five (5) days prior to deadline to: legal@mediaonelink.com
21. ARBITRATION & CLASS ACTION WAIVER All disputes resolved through binding arbitration in Allen County, Indiana. No class actions permitted. Jury trial waived.
22. GOVERNING LAW Governed by Indiana law and applicable federal law. Venue exclusively Indiana.
23. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS Participation constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules.
